The candidate will lead the department, drive performance, and work alongside an established team. The role requires 3–5 years of retail butchery experience, a strong understanding of department performance and commercial targets, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a butcher in a retail or supermarket setting.
• Good knowledge of different cuts and waste control.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cut meat products according to customer preferences and specifications.
• Ensure all meat products are high quality, properly trimmed, and free from defects.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist customers with meat selections and offer cooking method recommendations.
• Package and label meat products for display and sale.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and adjust offerings accordingly.
