Job summary

Primark Bray is seeking a Retail Assistant on a Fixed Purpose Temporary Band A contract. The role offers 11.5 to 14 scheduled hours per week with full flexibility across 7 days, including mornings, middays and evenings, plus late-night shifts and public holidays.

You will deliver excellent customer service, set up appealing shop floors, handle till queries and processing returns, and help receive deliveries while maintaining high standards. This is a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering good customer service in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work across 7 days including mornings, midday and evenings.
• Ability to handle till queries, returns and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing experience helping with sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Set up an appealing shop floor with shelves, fitting rooms and well-organised stockroom.
• Deliver fast, friendly service at till points and process queries and returns.
• Receive deliveries, price products and ensure high standards are met.

Fixed Purpose Contract

Join our team on a Temporary Band A Contract, offering 11.5 to 14 scheduled hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who are fully flexible and available to work:

• This is an 11.5–14 hour per week contract, and full flexibility is required across 7 days, including morning, midday, and evening shifts.">

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
