Job summary

Primark in Ireland is seeking a Retail Assistant to delight customers with fashion-forward service across shifts. You will help customers with sizes, styles and returns, keep the shop floor neat and ensure accurate pricing while upholding Primark's high standards.

Role offers flexible hours across weekdays, evenings and weekends, with a generous holiday and pension scheme, plus employee discounts and wellbeing support. Aimed at individuals who love fashion and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience helping with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a well-presented shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and stocked stockroom.
• Delivering a fast, friendly till experience and handling queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and pricing new deliveries and getting products onto the shop floor.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well‑organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
