Primark Stores Limited in Ireland seeks a Retail Assistant on fixed‑purpose contracts to cover Band A and Band C hours across all seven days. The role requires full flexibility for morning, midday, evening, late‑evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

You will deliver excellent customer service, set up an engaging shop floor, process till transactions, handle deliveries, and maintain high standards. A strong team player with enthusiasm for fashion is preferred.

Retail Assistant (Fixed Purpose Contract)

We are recruiting for Band A (11.5-14 hours per week) and Band C (20-24 hours per week) contracts.

This role requires full flexibility across all 7 days of the week, including: Morning shifts; Midday shifts;Evening shifts;Lateevening shifts; Weekends; Bank Holidays and public holidays

Please note:

Candidates applying for a Band C contract must be eligible and available to work more than 20 hours per week.

Due to the needs of the business, only candidates who can provide full flexibility across the above shift patterns will be considered.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
