You will lead Store Managers, drive growth, monitor KPIs, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager or Senior Multi-Site Retail Manager.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
