Job summary

The Noel Group, partnering with a prestigious client, seeks a Regional Manager for the Dublin Area to oversee 10–20 hospitality sites. You will lead Front Line Managers, drive performance, profitability, and service excellence across the region.

Ideal candidate has proven multi-site leadership, strong stakeholder management, and P&L experience, and resides in Ireland with the right to work in ROI. Visa/relocation packages are not provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Multi-Site General Manager.
• Strong experience managing multiple locations simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience managing within a P&L environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

The Role:
