Red Chair Recruitment are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a busy hotel in County Meath. You will lead the restaurant operation, deliver excellent service and maintain high standards while driving commercial success.

The role requires a minimum of three years' experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality position, strong leadership, and excellent customer service and financial awareness. Salary €50,000–€60,000 per annum.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team, including training and staff scheduling.
• Manage the existing business and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Ensure consistently high food, beverage and customer service standards.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.
• Monitor stock, ordering and wastage to support cost control.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and Hotel Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Assist with achieving revenue and financial targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take responsibility for managing an established restaurant operation.
