Job summary

Health Service Executive in the HSE South West (Kerry and Cork) seeks a Grade VII Respite and Personalised Budgets Coordinator to oversee respite capacity, track metrics and funding, and drive development of alternative respite services including in-home hours and targeted summer programs.

The role requires coordinating planning, management and personalised disability services, including managing Personalised Budgets, with an emphasis on effective resource use and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, overview and evaluate existing respite capacity.
• Track respite metrics and development funding and WTEs.
• Support development of alternative respite provision, including in-home respite hours and group-based measures such as summer camps and evening provision.
• Coordinate all aspects of planning, management and personalised disability services including management of Personalised Budgets.
