Qualifications

• Qualification in Clinical Measurement/Respiratory Physiology required.
• Experience as Respiratory Physiologist required.
• Professional recognition/equivalence where required.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine pulmonary/lung function tests.
• Record and report test results accurately.
• Operate and maintain respiratory diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate with Respiratory/Pulmonary team.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
• Senior staff may guide others in the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of routine pulmonary/lung function tests
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results
• Operate and maintain respiratory diagnostic equipment appropriately
• Work closely with the wider Respiratory/Pulmonary team
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical practice
• Senior candidates may also provide support and guidance to other members of the Respiratory Physiology team

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Clinical Measurement/Respiratory Physiology
• Relevant experience as a Respiratory Physiologist
• Appropriate professional recognition/equivalence where required
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Full-time or part-time availability will be considered
