Tesco in Ireland is seeking a Resourcing Coordinator for a 2-month fixed-term contract to support ROI recruitment operations. You will assist candidates through the application process and maintain campaign integrity, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Specialist within the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment activities in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Tesco recruitment processes is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Provide coordination and administrative support to the ROI Resourcing team.
• Post vacancies on the Tesco careers site and monitor postings.
• Carry out initial shortlisting and pre-screening calls as required.
• Provide disability workplace adjustment support with applications and roles.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and reporting requirements.
• Support job fair set-up and bespoke job templates.
