Job summary

Davy in Ireland is seeking a Group Resilience Testing, Continuity and Incident Lead to oversee testing across the firm’s important services and DORA CIFs. You will become an SME on Central Bank requirements and liaise with internal audits and regulators.

You will manage governance documents, playbooks and incident response, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration within the resilience team. The role supports a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Regulatory experience in financial services desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened in the Davy Resilience Team as the Group’s Resilience Testing, Continuity and Incident Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of Davy’s resilience testing, business continuity and incident-management arrangements, reporting to the Head of Davy Resilience. You are expected to become an SME in respect of applicable Central Bank requirements and be a central point of contact for any independent reviews in this area (primarily the Central Bank and Internal Audit). You will be working in a specialist resilience team where cross-functional expertise and input is expected and valued.

In the role, the successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for the management and oversight of Davy’s testing across the firm’s “Important Business Services” and DORA CIFs;
• Be responsible for core business continuity documentation, including governance documents, business continuity plans, impact analyses and playbooks;
• Manage and coordinate Davy’s resilience incident and crisis management plans, reporting and response (including DORA);
• Obtain and apply a strong working knowledge of the regulatory requirements around Operational be responsible for resilience and DORA in relation to these areas;
• Assist with resilience training; and
• Act as a regulatory and Davy control-function liaison.

About you

We are looking for somebody who has following background and skills:

• Business related or similar primary/post-grad degree
• Recently qualified or currently studying accountancy or similar professional exams
• Some experience in a resilience type area such as business continuity, operational resilience, third party risk management and/or disaster recovery
• Regulatory experience, ideally financial services regulation in Ireland, the EU or the UK
• Very good command of the English language with strong written and communication skills
