Job summary

Davy is seeking a Client Service Executive to provide administrative support to a Directors team, manage client queries, and prepare materials for client meetings. You will maintain CRM records, handle follow-ups, and liaise with internal departments to ensure compliant processes.

A strong admin background and MS Office proficiency are essential. The role offers a hybrid working model, with opportunities for participation in client events and development within a supportive, inclusive

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to a team of Directors, Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.
  • Act as the first point of contact to clients; dealing promptly and efficiently with client queries.
  • Prepare investment presentations and collating documentation for client meetings; auditing the CRM system to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate and compliant.
  • Manage follow up activities from client meetings; minutes of meetings and monitoring completion of tasks.
  • Update and monitor the CRM system on an ongoing basis; prepare documentation to comply with data management requirements for clients.
  • Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure procedures and compliance obligations are met; act as the primary contact with internal departments.
  • Manage reporting and operation of tasks in conjunction with team members; implement and communicate company practice.
  • Liaise with Tax Advisers, Solicitors, Brokers and Life Offices on behalf of servicing clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of client events and conferences; provide on-site support and hospitality; occasional out of office hours.
  • Participate in interdepartmental projects to identify best practices for servicing clients; deploy and communicate new applications to the team.
  • Work with the team on Investor Policy Statement completion and follow up.
  • Contribute in company campaign workshops.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Client Service Executive to join Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide general administrative support to a team of Directors, Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.
  • Act as the first point of contact to clients; dealing promptly and efficiently with client's queries.
  • Prepare investment presentations and collation of documentation for client meetings; auditing customer relationship management system to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate & compliant in preparation of client meetings.
  • Manage follow up activities from client meetings; completion of minutes of meetings and monitoring completion of tasks.
  • Update and monitor the CRM system on an ongoing basis; preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our clients
  • Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure operational procedures and compliance obligations are met executing tasks; acting as the primary point of contact with all internal departments.
  • Manage reporting and operation of tasks in conjunction with other team members; implementing and communicating company practice in carrying out tasks.
  • Liaise with Tax Advisers, Solicitors, Brokers and Life Offices on behalf of servicing our clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of various client events and conferences; provide on-site support and hospitality at such events. Occasional out of office hours.
  • Participate in interdepartmental projects to identify best practice to enhance servicing our clients; facilitate deployment and communication of new applications to the team.
  • Work with the team on the completion and follow up of Investor Policy Statement.
  • Contribute in company campaign workshops.
  • Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role
