Job summary

Davy in Ireland is seeking a Group Resilience Testing, Continuity and Incident Lead to oversee testing across the firm’s important services and DORA CIFs. You will become an SME on Central Bank requirements and liaise with internal audits and regulators.

You will manage governance documents, playbooks and incident response, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration within the resilience team. The role supports a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Business or related degree required.
• Recently qualified or studying accountancy exams.
• Experience in resilience, business continuity or disaster recovery.
• Regulatory experience in financial services desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing across Important Business Services and DORA CIFs.
• Develop governance docs, BC plans, analyses and playbooks.
• Coordinate resilience incident and crisis management.
• Liaise with regulators and internal audit.
• Support resilience training and cross-functional input.
