Job summary

Autism A Chara is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our residential service in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin. The role requires a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification and involves rota shifts including evenings, weekends, and waking night duties.

A full driving licence is desirable to operate service vehicles. You will work with individuals with complex needs, using person-centred planning to support daily living, community involvement and rights-based decision making.

Qualifications

• A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential.
• Awareness of Key Worker/ Support Worker role and philosophy for complex needs.
• Programme Planning Person Centred Plans.
• rota shifts including evenings, weekends and waking night duties.
• Permission to work in Ireland essential.
