Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Worker for Residential Services in Dublin. The role focuses on providing person-centred support to autistic individuals and those with complex needs, encouraging independence and community participation within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, with a permanent contract and 39 hours per week. QQI Level 7 and CORU registration are required or an active CORU application.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• CORU registration or active CORU application.
• Minimum six months’ recent experience supporting individuals with complex needs in social care.
• Valid working rights for Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care when required.
• Promote community participation and social inclusion.
• Maintain high standards of care and accurate documentation.
