Delta Centre CLG in Ireland seeks a Social Care Practitioner to provide daily personal care and support for Residents. You will uphold dignity, empower choice, and help residents reach their potential while following safeguarding and health policies.

Role requires experience with adults with intellectual disabilities, strong communication, and commitment to 24/7 shift patterns. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualification at Level 7 or above in a health-related discipline.
• Relevant health-related qualifications listed (Level 7 or above).
• Qualifications demonstrating competence for social care work.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day personal care and support for Residents.
• Review and implement Person-Centred Plans.
• Adhere to Delta Centre policies, safeguarding and safety protocols.
• Promote dignity, respect, and resident choice.
• Support residents to develop independence and communicate needs.
