Job summary

MCMA is recruiting a Social Care Worker to support residents in Louth and surrounding Dublin area. The role focuses on person-centred care, safety, dignity and promoting independence for young people and families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement tailored Care and Placement Plans and build strong links with families and external partners. The position requires CORU registration (or in-progress) and a current driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 or higher qualification on NFQ in Social Care or equivalent.
• CORU registration or in-progress CORU registration application.

Responsibilities

• Champion rights, dignity and holistic welfare of service users.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and review Care and Placement Plans.
• Liaise with families, social workers and external agencies to ensure cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting per statutory standards.
