Qualifications

• NFQ Level 7+ Degree in Social Care is required.
• Active CORU registration or progress with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
• Valid legal permission to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the dignity, rights, and choices of each individual within the service.
• Contribute to developing, implementing, and reviewing Care and Placement Plans.
• Support the holistic wellbeing of service users (emotional, physical, educational, and social).
• Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports per policies.
