Essential Requirements:

• A recognised Level 7 (or higher) qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Care Practice, or an equivalent approved qualification.

• Current registration with the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU, or proof of a submitted application alongside an approved CORU qualification.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and review bespoke Care and Placement Plans.

• Liaise effectively with families, social workers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive support.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation and incident reporting in accordance with statutory standards.

What You Bring:

• A compassionate, empathetic approach with strong collaborative and autonomous problem-solving abilities.

• CORU registration (or current application in progress) and valid Irish working permissions.

• A full, clean driving licence is advantageous.

Required Criteria

• You must either be: Registered with the Social Care Workers Register, maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board (CORU). Or, hold a CORU approved Social Care Worker qualification and have already applied for CORU registration (evidence of application will be required).
• A qualification at degree level 7+ on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Care Practise or equivalent
