Job summary

• Qualification at Level 7 or above in a health related discipline.
• Level 7 qualifications listed in Education & Training are required.
• Experience in social care is required.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal care and support for Residents.
• Ensure residents experience dignity and respect and can make choices.
• Support residents to learn, contribute and stay safe from abuse.
• Comply with Health Act 2007 and Delta Centre policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
