Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a residential build in Cork. This full-time, permanent role focuses on safe site operations, contractor management and on-time delivery to required standards.

The successful candidate will manage groundworks, envelope and internal finishes, coordinate with authorities, and uphold health and safety practices on site. Competitive salary and company benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Residential site management experience
• Groundworks, external envelope and internal finishes experience
• Experience with local authorities, building control and external bodies
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Management level) and First Aid at Work
• Strong team management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities and manage trades and sub-contractors.
• Monitor build progress against project schedules and targets.
• Supervise external build phases and internal fit-out works.
• Act as point of contact for local authorities, inspectors and utility providers.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, inductions and daily safety procedures.
• Manage site quality control, inspections and snagging through to handover
