STRIVE Search is working with an established Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in Wexford, Ireland. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget while liaising with project teams and suppliers through snagging and handover.

5+ years’ site management experience and a construction qualification are essential for this full-time, on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, with previous site management experience.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.
• Relevant construction qualification or trade background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and oversee snagging and handover.
