Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to move into a client-side role for high-profile residential developments in Cork. The role focuses on project oversight, contractor management and client representation to ensure safety, quality and programme alignment.

You will work closely with design teams, contractors and consultants, applying your site leadership to deliver results while gaining greater involvement in decision making and stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Previous Site Management or Senior Site Management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery on client-side, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to represent the client.
