Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a busy civil engineering contractor to lead multiple civils projects in Wexford.

You will report to Contracts Managers and Directors, oversee project plans, manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, strong organisation, excellent communication, and a full driving license; a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in civil projects.
• Experience managing multiple civil teams and projects.
• Experience managing complex site-based projects.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Report to Contracts Managers and Directors.
• Oversee project plans, ensure time and budget are met.
• Select and coordinate subcontractors.
• Select plant, machinery and equipment.
• Manage site teams and motivate staff to high standards.
• Liaise with Health & Safety team and ensure requirements are met.
• Ensure paperwork is completed for reporting and actioning.
• Be the point of contact for the client and attend meetings.
• Maintain quality standards on site.
• Coordinate daily site meetings and manage cost effectiveness.
• Attend senior management meetings.
• Resolve emergencies as they arise.
