Job summary

Careeriser-Limited is seeking a Residential Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of Owners' Management Companies and residential developments in Central Dublin. The role involves budgeting, service charge administration, and strong stakeholder liaison with managing agents, local authorities, and companies secretaries.

The successful candidate will conduct site visits as required, attend board meetings, and ensure high service standards and accurate handover documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Residential Property, Block or Estate Management role.
• Property related degree.
• Full Driving Licence & Personal Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment and ongoing management of a portfolio of OMCs/EOMCs and residential developments.
• Assist with budgeting, service charge administration, and financial reporting in collaboration with Business Development and Finance teams.
• Manage day-to-day queries relating to OMCs/EOMCs in line with company service standards and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managing agents, company secretaries, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Attend board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and site inspections as required.
• Coordinate the onboarding of managing agents and attend all relevant site handovers.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation relating to handovers and estate management activities.

The Residential Estate Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with Owners' Management Companies (OMCs), Estate Owners' Management Companies (E/OMCs), and their managing agents, ensuring that the highest standards of service are upheld.
