Job summary

Oliver James Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee residential portfolios. This onsite role requires visiting multiple locations in Dublin, managing tenancies, inspections, maintenance and resident queries.

You will build relationships with residents, clients and contractors, monitor arrears, ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and RTB requirements, and support budgets and health & safety standards. PSRA licence and a full driving licence are mandatory.

Qualifications

2-3+ years’ residential property management experience.
PSRA licence and full driving licence are mandatory.
Knowledge of tenancy legislation, RTB requirements and compliance.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage properties, tenancies, inspections, maintenance and resident queries.
Build strong relationships with residents, clients, contractors and internal teams.
Monitor arrears and ensure timely, compliant follow-up.
Coordinate contractors and oversee works to agreed standards.
Maintain accurate records, systems and portfolio reports.
Support compliance, health & safety, budgets and operational standards.
Contribute to process improvements, projects and team development.
