Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd seeks a Development Manager to support a leading property development consultancy in Dublin. You will drive delivery from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role involves governance and sustainability oversight, with clear progression prospects within the company’s long-term plan.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience managing delivery of complex commercial development/mixed-use projects.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, programmes and capital budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-profile new-build developments and refurbishments across full lifecycle (feasibility through handover).
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure programme and budget performance.
• Coordinate consultants and Tier 1 contractors to meet quality, governance and sustainability goals.
