Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Customer Care Manager for an established residential developer. Based in South Dublin with hybrid working options, you will oversee customer care and aftersales across multiple developments.

You will manage homeowner queries, coordinate snagging and remedial works, and drive improvements in handover and aftercare while working closely with Construction, Sales and Quality teams to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Care, Aftercare or Aftersales role, ideally within residential construction or property development.
• Understanding of residential construction, snagging and handover process.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and developments simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for homeowners, managing all customer queries and aftercare requests.
• Oversee pre-handover inspections, property demonstrations and key collection appointments.
• Coordinate snagging, defects and remedial works with site teams, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Work closely with Construction, Sales and Quality teams to ensure homes meet required standards prior to handover.
• Manage customer communications and ensure all issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer queries, outstanding works and completed items through the company’s CRM system.
• Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues and implement service improvements.
• Prepare regular aftersales reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building standards, warranties and company procedures.
