Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dublin leads an executive search for a Construction Director to own strategy and operations of a major Residential unit across Dublin and Leinster. A Board-level role, the appointment drives P&L, delivery of multi-storey schemes and a landmark residential pipeline.

Reporting to the Board, you will shape direction, oversee full lifecycle projects, and lead senior teams with a focus on safety, quality and sustainability in a high-impact capacity.

Qualifications

• Accomplished construction leader with proven multi-storey residential delivery experience.
• Significant senior leadership experience within construction and development.
• Strong P&L and commercial leadership with board-level credibility.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary senior teams with strategic and operational execution.
• Visionary approach with ability to translate strategy into delivery.
