The Construction Director is a full-time, office-led and site-based role in Limerick, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of their Irish residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
The Construction Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across the construction function, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the highest standards of quality, on programme and within budget. The role will lead project and site teams, manage contractors and supply-chain partners, and work closely with the Development, Commercial, Design and Finance functions to ensure effective project delivery.
The role will involve establishing delivery strategies, monitoring project performance, managing construction programmes and resources, and identifying and resolving operational risks. The Construction Director will also maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, consultants, contractors and other public and private stakeholders.
A key part of the position will be developing a high-performing construction team and embedding a culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement across all projects.
