Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland is seeking a House Coordinator for the Dunshane Community. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work within a committed team across a leading national organisation.

You will lead a care team, coordinate services for adults with disabilities, uphold safeguarding and HIQA standards, and contribute to high-quality, person-centred support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Level 7 QQI Framework qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent.
• CORU registration or proof that application is in progress.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a similar social care setting.
• 3 years experience working with vulnerable adults or those with intellectual disabilities.
• Understanding of national policy developments in social care for disability services.
• Excellent knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Thorough safeguarding knowledge including Trust in Care and Children First.
• Ability to lead, direct, coordinate and delegate the team’s work with quality support.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills: Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Full driving licence is an essential requirement.
