FRS Recruitment seeks a compassionate Person In Charge for a leading intellectual disability service in Kildare, Republic of Ireland. Salary: EUR56,000–EUR60,000 per annum. Garda Vetting applies.

The role requires QQI Level 7 in Social Care with CORU registration and a managerial qualification, plus at least 3 years of supervisory healthcare experience. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality client care, promote resident involvement, and oversee safety compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 7 in Social Care and CORU registration.
• Managerial Qualification in Health or Social Care.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience working with adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client care to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure high quality of life through health promotion and person-centred care plans.
• Lead evaluation and monitoring of Health and Safety legislation within the service.
• Promote resident participation in centre planning.
