ARCS Autism and Disability Services, part of Daffodil Care Group, seeks a Person in Charge to oversee designated centres in Co. Tipperary.

You will manage staff, ensure high standards of care, and uphold HIQA compliance, with a strong focus on trauma-informed approaches and a supportive team culture. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
• Qualification in health/social care management or willingness to undertake training
• Understanding of HIQA Regulations and Inspection Process
• Full driving licence

Responsabilités

• Oversee designated 2 Centres and Outreach if tied to Centre location
• Manage staff and ensure highest standards of care for service users
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and ARCS policies
• Lead professional development and investment in the team
