Stewarts Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated nurse to deliver person-centred care within West Dublin / North Kildare community services. The role involves clinical governance, documenting care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet service users’ needs, choices and wellbeing.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, be able to work within a team, and hold an up-to-date Irish driving licence. The post is a full-time permanent position with a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• High level of communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Proficient IT skills and strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Up-to-date Irish driving licence is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care for an assigned group of service users within a best practice framework.
• Promote health and wellbeing and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and comply with governance and safety standards.
• Adhere to HSE guidelines, policies, and legal requirements in daily practice.
• Delegate and supervise other staff within the unit and coordinate care delivery as required.
• Support service development and participate in ongoing quality improvement.
