Job summary

Yugo is seeking a friendly Sales & Service Associate/administrator at our state-of-the-art student accommodation in Dublin. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handle queries with empathy, and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.

Based in Central Dublin at Yugo Dominick Place, this 40-hour-per-week role operates Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends during peak times.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and communication skills; able to engage with people at all levels.
• Super personable with genuine passion for engaging with people.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Good working knowledge of MS packages.
• Resilient, adaptable, and culturally aware.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences.
• Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents, resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessary.
• Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels are utilised to their full potential.
• Follow and implement all operating procedures.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all residents is maintained.
• Organise and communicate social events for residents.
• Manage health and safety responsibilities as set out in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
