Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to join our vibrant student housing team in central Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling queries with empathy while contributing to sales and marketing plans.

You will maintain the student database, organise inclusive events, and help ensure safety and well-being across the residences, all in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to engage with people at all levels with empathy and professionalism.
• Proactive problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Proficient in MS packages and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to students living in residences.
• Respond effectively to queries, complaints, issues and incidents, escalating when needed.
• Support sales and marketing activities to keep residences full and channels active.
• Follow and implement all operating procedures.
• Ensure safety and welfare of residents at all times.
• Organise and communicate social events for residents.
• Fulfil health and safety responsibilities as required by policy.
