Qualifications

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
• Availability for immediate start.
• Minimum 2 years' nursing home experience preferred.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EEA).
• Employer sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of professional nursing care and ethical practice.
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to residents’ needs.
• Conduct admissions assessments and reassess regularly.
• Develop, implement, and update care plans as required.
• Provide safe and effective nursing treatments and interventions.
• Coordinate care with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation in line with HIQA standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Monitor and evaluate care outcomes and contribute to quality improvement.
• Demonstrate time management, teamwork and professional development.
