The Open College is seeking a full-time Social Care Worker to provide care and support in Nationwide Disability residential services across Meath. The role involves working with vulnerable adults and children with various needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
• Experience working with persons with an intellectual disability.
• Knowledge of both clinical and human resource policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Act as a key worker for named residents.
• Work collaboratively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
