Carton House – a storied five-star resort and part of the Fairmont collection – is recruiting a Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations Team at this prestigious property in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing bookings, and driving revenue through outstanding service. We seek leaders with luxury-hotel experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Reservations Team to deliver exceptional 5-star service standards.
• Oversee all reservations, room allocations, and guest requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure bookings are managed to maximize sales, occupancy and revenue.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve guest queries and booking issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor reservation performance, prepare reports, and analyze booking trends to support business objectives.
• Generate reports and analyze booking trends.

Key Responsibilities:
