Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Reservations Agent/Assistant to deliver outstanding guest service across our portfolio. Your role will involve handling reservations, presenting facilities and pricing, and upselling other areas of the hotel or group properties.

You should have excellent customer service, the ability to work independently, strong communication, and resilience under pressure. Flexibility to work across a Monday–Sunday schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel as a Reservations Agent/ Assistant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Flexible to work Monday to Sunday depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest's stay.
