Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a hands-on housekeeping supervisor to lead the team, ensure high standards, and maintain cleanliness across public areas and rooms. You will work with maintenance to uphold hotel standards and support other departments as required.

This role offers development through our Dalata Academy and a supportive, inclusive environment that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a housekeeping or accommodation team.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Check the quality of work to ensure it is the best. Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.

Your Job

What You’ll Need

• 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level. Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments if needed.
