Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland invites you to join our frontline team as a Guest Service Agent. You will greet guests, register bookings, process payments, answer questions about facilities and local attractions, and update guest information in our systems.

We value excellent customer service, the ability to work independently, strong communication, and composure under pressure; experience in 3-4 star hotels is welcome but not essential, with Dalata Academy development opportunities supporting

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.

• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests
