Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Reservations Agent in Ireland. The role focuses on handling guest reservations, detailing facilities and pricing, and upselling options across the hospitality group.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, calmly, and under pressure in a 3/4-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest's stay.
