Kinisla offers an Early Careers Internship in Charleville, Ireland, targeting 6 or 9 months starting March 2027. You will gain meaningful experience in a dairy business, learn from colleagues, and explore Graduate Programme opportunities while earning a competitive salary.

You will support the RD&A department on several projects, learn best practices, and have buddy support as you develop practical skills and contribute to innovation within a global dairy group.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Food Science or Food Technology degree, aiming for 2:1.

Description and Responsibilities:

• You will support the Research, Development & Application (RD&A) department in Charleville across several projects. RD&A supports innovation, business growth and the delivery of Kinisla's business strategies and targets by:
• Satisfying consumers and customers' needs faster, better and more complete than competitors
• Operating in a way that is aligned with the Kinisla Operating Model to deliver best-in-class ways of working, embedded in systems to optimise and sustain best practice
• Supporting organisational and governance structures that enable global alignment

What We Are Looking For:

• Studying Food Science, Food Technology or a related scientific degree, and on track for a 2:1 degree classification
• Results-oriented
• A motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills
• Able to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good organisational and time management skills
