Job summary

Kinisla invites you to join its Early Careers Programme for a 6-month internship starting March 2027 at Listowel or Charleville. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic dairy business, working cross-functionally and learning from manufacturing experts.

You will develop skills in KPIs, process capability, and project management while contributing to sustainability and transformation initiatives. A competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Studying Engineering, Food Science or a related degree.
• Results-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with drive to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda and embed it in daily role.
• Assist with implementation of the Kinisla Manufacturing Standard.
• Learn to become an empowered people leader.
• Work on projects from capital investment to process improvement.
• Assist management teams on transformational projects.
• Understand manufacturing's role in sustainability efforts.

This placement is for 6 months commencing March 2027 with the opportunity to apply to our Listowel, or Charleville site. Description and Responsibilities:

You will have a fantastic opportunity to learn from our manufacturing experts within the business and get experience of working cross functionally, which will build your cross-enterprise knowledge of the business. You will learn about the Kinisla business drivers, measures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), its process capability, products, and customers.

You will also:

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda, bringing it to life on a day-to-day basis within your role
• Ensure the successful implementation and embedding of the Kinisla Manufacturing Standard
• Learn how to become an empowered people leader
• Work on projects from capital investment to process improvement initiatives, ensuring that best-practice project management principles are followed
• Facilitate and support management teams involved in major transformational projects
• Understand the role manufacturing has to play in contributing to our overall sustainability agenda
