Job summary

Kinisla invites interns to join the Early Careers Programme in Charleville, commencing March 2027. You will support the Research, Development & Application (RD&A) department across several projects and gain practical experience in a dynamic dairy business.

Participants benefit from networking, exposure to senior leaders, and potential progression to a Graduate Programme. Open to students in Food Science/Technology with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Studying Food Science, Food Technology or a related scientific degree, and on track for a 2:1 degree classification.
• Results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support the RD&A department in Charleville on multiple projects.
• Contribute to innovation, growth and delivery of business strategies and targets.
• Assist in aligning governance structures and global operations.
