Job summary

Kinisla offers a 6-month Early Careers Internship commencing March 2027 at our Charleville site, with the option to apply to Listowel or Charleville locations. You will gain practical experience, learn from manufacturing experts, and develop cross-functional knowledge while exploring potential Graduate Programme opportunities.

You will be supported to lead projects, understand KPIs and sustainability initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Studying Engineering, Food Science or a related degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• An exceptional communicator.
• Able to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Results-oriented and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda, bringing it to life on a day-to-day basis within your role.
• Ensure the successful implementation and embedding of the Kinisla Manufacturing Standard.
• Learn how to become an empowered people leader.
• Work on projects from capital investment to process improvement initiatives, ensuring that best-practice project management principles are followed.
• Facilitate and support management teams involved in major transformational projects.
• Understand the role manufacturing has to play in contributing to our overall sustainability agenda.

You will also:
