Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited, on behalf of a clean energy company, is expanding its Cork team to develop renewable projects across Ireland. We seek a graduate analyst to join the analytical heart of the business, supporting development, finance and operations.

You will build and maintain models for project economics, energy production and market analysis; conduct market and policy research; support due diligence; and prepare clear reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree (2.1 or above) in finance, economics, engineering, environmental science, data analytics or related field.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel; Python/SQL or data visualization experience is a plus.
• Ability to turn analysis into insight and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models for project economics, energy production and market analysis.
• Conduct research on markets, policy, technologies and competitors to support strategic decisions.
• Support due diligence on new projects and acquisitions with data from across the business.
• Analyze performance data from the operating fleet and report on trends and improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for project teams and senior leadership.
• Support the development team with data for grid applications, planning and site selection.
• Improve spreadsheets, tools and datasets the company relies on.
