Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy group to appoint a Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager in Dublin. You will lead modelling, valuations and investment analysis across a sizeable project pipeline, coordinating with lenders and advisers to secure financing.

This on-site role based in Dublin City Centre (4 days on-site, 1 hybrid) offers significant transaction exposure, direct engagement with senior leadership and a clear

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project finance, corporate finance or infrastructure investment.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong debt financing knowledge.
• Experience in renewable energy transactions, M&A or project financing.
• Professional qualification ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent.
• Commercially astute and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling, project valuations and investment analysis across renewable energy projects.
• Manage project finance debt raises, working with lenders, advisors and legal teams to financial close.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, funding structures and returns.
• Support strategic planning, capital raising and expansion of the Group's project portfolio.
