Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a VIP Excellence Manager based in Ireland to maximize the performance of a high-value VIP portfolio in a fast-moving international iGaming context.

You will analyze top players, monitor behavior, and coordinate with regional teams to develop VIP strategies. The role emphasizes AI-enabled analysis, operational oversight, and cross-functional product, analytics, and regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in VIP operations within iGaming or closely related environments.
• Hands-on experience communicating with VIP customers and managing high-value player relationships.
• Strong understanding of player behavior patterns, engagement drivers, retention mechanics, and VIP development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily gaming activity of top VIP clients and identify meaningful trends and opportunities.
• Track high-value players and coordinate with regional teams regarding activity and development.
• Monitor activation and reactivation of top VIP players and identify engagement opportunities.
• Develop approaches and initiatives to grow VIP activity and region-wide integration of high-value players.
• Prepare recurring analytics, reports, and summaries on VIP behavior and performance.
• Identify anomalies, deviations, and risks in VIP activity, including fraud indicators.
• Apply AI-powered tools to deepen analysis and automate monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Operations, and regional teams on VIP initiatives.
• Provide rapid operational support for VIP priorities and regional coverage.
